Academic Assessment Evaluation
Service Description
New clients undergo an initial Zoom assessment with our evaluator to assess the student's current grade level and guide remediation and instructional priorities. This helps us create a tailored educational plan. The assessment, which can last up to an hour, includes math and/or reading tests. The ultimate aim of this assessment is to establish a baseline from which the student's progress can be measured. By comparing their initial score to an anticipated score at the conclusion of the instructional period, we can track their improvement and ensure that they are advancing towards their official grade level.
Cancellation Policy
By booking our tutoring services, you agree to pay the specified fee for the sessions. Each tutoring service booked is intended for one individual unless explicitly specified otherwise by the tutor and agreed upon in writing between the tutor and the client. Any deviation from this policy must be documented and acknowledged by both parties prior to the commencement of the tutoring sessions. Payment is required in full before the scheduled session to confirm your booking. All payments are non-refundable, and the cost will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. However, you may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice for rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Each tutoring session will last for the specified duration agreed upon at the time of booking. You must ensure that you have the necessary materials and resources for the tutoring session. We reserve the right to terminate any session due to inappropriate behavior or misconduct, and in such cases, no refund will be provided. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tutoring services. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.
